• Missouri River Project Office - Administration Building - A river-front marina building housing the Missouri River management group for the Omaha District Corps of Engineers.
• Offutt AFB Dormitory - A 44,000 S.F. dormitory for Offutt AFB, NE.
• Air Force Weather Agency H.Q. - A 188,000 S.F. office and computer facility for the U.S. Army and Air Force worldwide weather services.
• Offutt AFB Fire/Crash Rescue Station - A 36,200 S.F. fire, crash, and rescue station at Offutt AFB, NE.
• 97th Intelligence Squadron - Offutt AFB - This project is a renovation and addition for the 97th ADAL Intel squadron at Offutt AFB, NE.
• Offutt AFB - Hangar Improvements & Flight Simulator Rooms - These projects provided two new flight simulator facilities, updated two older aircraft maintenance hangars, and re-roofed another, newer hangar.
• Offutt AFB Repair Historic General Officer's Quarters - These were several renovation projects, valued at $3 million.
• Offutt AFB Combat Arms Support Facility - A state-of-the-art facility for instruction in weapons use for Air Force enlisted personnel.
• Fort McCoy Family Housing - Situated on a former cantonment area for the US Army at the south side of the base, this housing area is a replacement for existing units that have outlived their usefulness. These houses are for commissioned and non-commissioned officers and their families.
• Airman Leadership School - Classroom and office space for the Offutt AFB Airman Leadership School.
