• City of Omaha Visitor's Center - This project relocates the Greater Omaha Convention and Visitor's Bureau offices and public information center to a prominent corner of a historic building in Omaha’s Old Market District.
• Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility - This facility collects, recycles, and properly disposes of hazardous waste from households within the Omaha area.
• Benson Park Pavilion - This project included a complete interior and exterior renovation of this community use facility for the City of Omaha Parks and Recreation Department.
• Tomlinson Woods Perimeter Wall & Retaining Wall - This project is a neighborhood association project, designed to add a sense of security and image.
