This 55,000 SF building is custom-designed to fit the needs of the Base Civil Engineers administrative and training functions. The exterior materials and form is in keeping with the Base Facility Excellence Plan for this part of the base. The project includes a roadway relocation, parking lot, and building demolition.

In addition to office areas, conference facilities, and shared support facilities are an Emergency Operations Center and Base Network Support Center. This project has received LEED-Silver Certification by the United States Green Building Council. The project was completed via Design-Build project delivery method in partnership with Sampson Construction Company of Lincoln, Nebraska.
