This person would have the following skills:

• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe programs
• Product research experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
• Experience working with clients to determine scope and develop designs
• Creating details and construction documents
• Coordinating designs with building officials
• Coordinating architectural, structural, civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines to assure a smooth construction phase
