This 1.8M SF project includes a 500,000 SF home furnishings store, a 1.3M SF warehouse, a 2,200 stall parking garage, and 2,000 surface stalls, all on a 90-acre portion of NFM’s total 433-acre development. Dubbed "America’s Home Furnishings Store", this unique and exciting facility is expected to draw 8M visitors annually from a 200-mile radius and handle an annual sales volume of $1B.

Receiving and shipping needs are met with 178 dock doors and a 400-trailer truck lot. The Customer Pickup Area accommodates 138 vehicles located under a covered area larger than a football field. To better control cooling costs the Central Utility Plant includes an ice storage system which uses less expensive off-peak electricity.
