The Jesuit Middle School of Omaha consists of a renovation and addition to a former YMCA facility. This is a new school for at-risk youth living in the vicinity of the project. The gymnasium was renovated as a multi-use facility, and the former 2-story office was gutted and renovated into classrooms, an art room, and new school offices. Site work included a new parking lot. An addition contains classrooms, a chapel, computer center, library and other facilities. The addition was constructed using load-bearing, site-cast, insulated, tilt-up concrete panels. The panel exteriors feature artistic detailing such as brick, Jesuit Logos, reveals, and indentations for ceramic tile. Student artwork was fired onto custom tiles and placed on parts of the exterior panels.
