The NFM Mega Mart, a 140,000 square foot facility, was renovated from a former warehouse to become an electronics and appliances retail store. For this project, KHA managed over two dozen consultants, many of them spread around the county, and even overseas. In addition to the usual structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and environmental consultants, lighting design, interior design, asbestos abatement, retail planning, signage, racking, warehousing, data processing, computers, communications, printing, food service, video, and specialty display consultants were included on this project. KHA took the lead in coordinating the efforts of these consultants to create a successful, well-integrated final plan
